I am such a proud mom.  This post is about my son, Devon. He is officially a Kindergartener.  I can't believe the time is already here.  I still vividly remember the day he was born.  Kids really do grow up so fast.  He has been so excited to attend the "Tiger School" (aka Cortina Elementry School) since we moved into our neighborhood 2 1/2 years ago.  Since this post is about him here is a list of his favortie things.   About Devon:   Favorite Color:  Green Favorite Toy: Power Rangers Megazord Favorite Game: Angry Birds Space Favorite Candy: Candy Corn Devon is a very sweet and kind person.  He is very loving, so smart and super silly.  He loves to laugh and loves to spend time with his family.           

On Friday May 18, 2012 my husband Dennis became a U.S. Citizen.  This was a very long journey for him which started in Belize in the early 80s.  He was born in Belize and lived there until around the age of 9.  At that time his mom and brother Dion moved to the U.S. for a "better life".  To a 9 year old this didnt make a lot of sense. Especially if you have ever been to Belize.  Its a beautiful country in Central America.  Dennis said a few words at his ceremony.  He thanked his mom and let her know he now understands why she brought him here.  He also thanked me which brought a huge smile to my face.  It was a wonderful moment for both of us. His speech: "Thanking" me and his mom. Dennis was sworn in with 104 other people from many countries around the world. Jennifer (my mother in law), Devon and I attended his ceremony. (Maya was home taking a nap) He didnt let alot of people know about it...
