So I have been teaching myself Photoshop and this is the first photo that I wanted to share with everyone.  I am very proud of myself (so far) but have so much more to learn.  What do you think??

For my son's Fall break this year we went to "the Happiest Place on Earth" with our friends the Lazors. We had a fantastic time and came home exhausted.    We spent 12+ hours at California Adventure and 12+ hours at Disneyland and still did not see all the attractions/rides. I had done lots of research before we left and discovered some great tips for a website called www.mousesavers.com.   It is a great resource for anyone wanting to visit the parks.  It was also the cheapest tickets I could find.  We started out at California Adventure. Since Maya is only 18 mos old she couldnt go on many of the rides.  While the group waited in line Maya and I walked around Cars Land.  We had lots of fun in the gift stores trying on hats and looking for souvenirs. I recently had the pleasure to take the headshots and group photos of the chiropractors at the Sports and Family Care Clinic located in Ahwatukee, AZ.  Dr. Michael Akerson has been practicing Chiropractics for over 10 years. Dr. Akerson treats many different injuries and conditions.  He utilizes the most effective and current techniques and modalities. I have know Michael (also know as Dr. A) for many years but this was the first time I had been to his office.  The staff was warm and very welcoming to me.  We had lots of fun during the shoot.     To learn more about the clinic  http://sportsandfamilycareclinic.com/     

So as many of you know my favorite subjects are my own kiddos.  Devon is 5 and in Kindergarten and Maya is 17 1/2 months.  Last year while Devon was in Pre-K I took the opportunity of him looking so so cute and took pictures of him the same day he had his school pictures done.  While we were playing in the backyard I captured a picture of him and Maya together.  It was one of my favorite pictures of them.  Not remembering I captured that image, I decided to take more pictures of him (again on picture day).  Maya wanted to get in on the fun this year and snapped a picture of them together again.  It turned out so cute.  As I was looking at the image, I remembered the image from the a year ago.  And here it is..... brother and sister in September 2011 and again in September 2012.  As I look at the image I am surprised by how much they look alike and love love love it!
