We took a family vacation last week to Florida.  We spent 2 days at Magic Kingdom, 1 at Epcot,  2 at Cocoa Beach and 1 day zip lining.  Yes even Maya got in on the action.    It was such a fun and exhausting time.  We went to Disneyland last year during the same time (ie Fall Break at my son's school). Next time we are taking the time to attend the Halloween party.  After speaking to many people apparently it is a must do.  One of the big differences this time is we put a big focus on meeting the characters.  My daughter loved meeting them.  I lost count but I think we meet around 20 different ones (small sampling below).    I need a specific call out for the zip lining .  It was an activity my hubby planned and it was one of my favorite parts.  We had zip lined once before in Belize over the rain forest.  This was a completely different experience since we had our 2 and 6 year olds along for the fun. Come on Down..... How many have you have heard those words and wanted to go on the Price is Right?  Well, me too and that is exactly what I did, thanks to my friend Danielle.  She invited me to join her and 16 others to celebrate her (and now my) friend Julie's birthday.  It was so much fun!!! We left Sunday morning and came home Monday night and had the time of our lives.  First I met such a great group of girls that I will forever treasure.  They were crazy, lovely and we all had such a great experience.  Julie organized the whole trip and she deserves and award for it!  We started off our day at the Grove in LA.  We shopped, got some great deal and had a great time.  We all treated ourselves to a Sprinkles cupcake.  SO GOOD!  I had the peanut butter chocolate chip. My sweet boy is turning 6 this week.  He is growing up so quickly.  I am such a proud mom.  He is a kind out-going, smart, and just an all around great kid.  I love his so much! For his 6th birthday, he decided he wanted to celebrate at Chuck E Cheese.  He had been to a few birthday parties there and wanted to be the "Star of the Show".  He loved it and so did the 16 friends he invited to join him.   He loved it and had a great time.  I was happy for the party to be over, lol, Its a lot of work to have a party there.  But in the end, he was happy and had fun and that is all that matters.
