I have not posted a blog in awhile but as I was on my way to workout today I thought it was time. First off, my Zumba instructor is the best and am so happy I get to take her classes. I belong to Desert Fitness in Gilbert AZ and Diana A is amazing. Run to take her class, she will make you smile, sweat and feel like your dying but always feel amazing after. Anyway, I am happy to be back! Its another time of transition for me. Kids are back in school and I was lucky enough to spend the summer with them. Don't get me wrong, life with a six and ten year old isn't always easy but when it gets overwhelming, hard, too much, I was remember to slow down and take a GIANT breath. Our summer was filled with activities, a summer guest, trips to California (and a 17 day road trip to Montana/Wyoming.
